Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

Angler Management 101 reserves the right to make changes to insure that all of our customers are able to participate in a fishing charter on the day of their scheduled reservation. Angler Management 101 LLC, requests that all trips are confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking, no exceptions. With the remaining balance due before departure the day of your scheduled trip. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or Cash. All cancellations must be received, in writing, no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled charter in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made by Angler Management 101

Although it is a rare occasion for us to cancel trips, Angler Management 101 reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to inclement weather, mechanical failures, natural disaster or any other circumstances that would be unadvisable. In the instance a trip is cancelled by Angler Management 101 an alternate date will be offered, in the case that an alternate date cannot be agreed upon a full refund of deposit will be issued immediately.

Cancellations made by Client

Failure to pay your reservations in full, failure to show up at dock for scheduled time or the non-participation in any scheduled activity are conditions that will be considered a cancellation by you, the client and no refund will be given. Cancellations made by you, the client, received at least ten days prior to the scheduled date of your trip will receive a full refund of deposit. All monies paid on all cancellations made by clients with less than 10 days to the reservation date are non-refundable.
